WHY IS IT SO SPECIAL?

What was once land inhabited by the Anasazi Indians of the 14th century, is now an incredible organic farm and historic inn where romance can thrive in New Mexico.

Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm that you see today was designed back in 1932, and features 20 guest rooms for you to escape to. The setting of Los Poblanos offers you nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The working organic farm on which it's located add that extra special element to an already special experience.

Set on 25 gorgeous acres, and found on the National Registry of Historic Places, there is no doubt that Los Poblanos is something truly special.

Each of the stunning guest rooms and suites are designed to honor the classic New Mexican style, featuring unique Southwest antique furnishings. All of the rooms come with luxurious bedding, as well as their signature lavender spa amenities.

Each room, however, offers something personal and unique. On those colder nights, the wood-burning fireplaces add that unforgettable touch of romance to your stay.

Art lovers can admire the original pieces that adorn the walls.

Rooms within the 1930's farm house feature incredible views of the gardens. Several of the rooms allow you to relax on your private patios as the stars come out.

The rest of the rooms can be found in the historic hacienda designed by one of the most important architects in New Mexico - John Gaw Meem.

And then, of course, there is the food. The restaurant offers a casual fine-dining experience, and features one of the finest fork-to-table menus in the entire Southwest. All of the ingredients are organic, grown on the farm or supplied by local farmers. The food itself is almost worth a visit on it's own.

Save room for your full gourmet organic breakfast that is served to you each morning.
