WHY IS IT SO SPECIAL?

The Inn at Montpelier is a stunning and historic Vermont B&B, perfect for a peaceful romantic escape to your second home away from home.

Consisting of two buildings, The Inn At Montpelier has a rich history that is actually intimately related to the development of Montpelier itself - Vermont's vibrant Capitol city.

Both of the buildings were actually constructed during the town's early settlement, only 20 years after the very first settlers arrived. So when you visit, you will be able to feel the stories all around you. It's inspiring.

Across the two buildings, there are 19 guest rooms come in three selections: Standard, Mid-Sized and Deluxe. All of the rooms feature their own private baths, and modern amenities, but each one has their own historic charm.

All guests who stay at this iconic inn will be treated every morning to a continental breakfast, included in the room rate.

You can start the day perfectly with your fresh fruit, homemade jams, granola and muesli, deviled eggs, plus an assortment of baked goods.

The location itself of the inn is perfect for exploring Vermont's historic Capitol. Dating back to 1791, and made the center of this New England state in 1805, Montpelier has a host of attractions to fill your days, whether you love history, museums, culture or adventure.

Every season brings something new to the area, so it doesn't matter what time of year you visit, you will be enchanted.  From the Farmers Markets in Summer, and the transformation to the "Christmas City" in Winter, it's the perfect year round destination for any couple who wants to escape the real world - even just for a day.
