WHY IS IT SO SPECIAL?

Step back in time in Virginia City with Cobb Mansion Bed & Breakfast. Dating back to 1876, this 3 story Victorian Mansion is the perfect romantic escape for those who love the romance of a bygone era.

Set with period furnishings, Cobb Mansion Bed & Breakfast is only 2 blocks from the center of Virginia City, so is the perfect base to explore what Nevada has to offer.

The six guestrooms within the B&B range from double to king, and each feature their own charm and style.

From the grand Herman J Harris Suite, you can see the Desatoya Range on a clear day - over 100 miles away. Here, you can relax in front of the propane fuelled Victorian fireplace as the stars come out.

You can recline in the romance of the Julia Bulette Room, with an beautiful hand carved mahogany canopy bed. This is the only room with it's own private entrance - fitting for the room named after the most famous prostitute on the Cornstock!

The smallest room is the Carlson Room, so is perfect for those who love a cozy experience together, and the Beebe-Clegg room oozes a graceful calm, with a bed reminiscent of the bed in the Lincoln Room in the White House.

If you love history, it's worth taking the time to really appreciate the mansion itself. Today, you will find a foyer, family parlor, formal parlor, butler pantry, and formal dining room. Marble and hardwood floors can be found throughout the house, and feature original furnishings.

The family parlor still to this day, features an original wainscoat paneling, and the formal parlor boasts the original Victorian fireplace. A truly special experience.

Come morning, you can enjoy your own continental breakfast, or a full breakfast in the stunning formal dining room. From eggs to waffles to fresh homemade pastries, it's the perfect way to start your day.

History is waiting for you at the Cobb Mansion Bed & Breakfast, where you can become part of it's story.
