WHY IS IT SO SPECIAL?

Listed on the State Register of Historic Kansas Places, Abilene's Victorian Inn B&B is a warm, charming and historic experience in Kansas for those romantic getaways together.
Featuring 6,000 sq ft of Victorian elegance, Abilene's Victorian Inn B&B is the perfect combination of peaceful luxury and those convenient modern amenities.
It's charming lilac facade is the first thing that will welcome you as you approach the large porch at it's front off the quiet, tree-lined street.
The inn has only 6 rooms and suites, so you can have all the privacy you need within this quaint and historic guest house. The Victorian-style rooms all feature their own unique decor and design, as well as features, so you can choose what's perfect for you.
Choose The Hazlett Room, and you can sip wine on your balcony as the stars come out across the Kansas sky. Choose The Parker Suite and be surrounded by history as you admire the carousel horse in honor of Colonel Charles W. Parker. Select The Nest, and enjoy a more spacious experience with your own kitchenette where you can cook those romantic meals for each other.
Built in 1887 by Edward E. Hazlett, whose family lived in the property until 1816, the inn still holds many family memories close to it's heart. Many memories were created within it's walls, and you will feel truly special to be adding your own memories to their history.
Come morning, you can sit in the parlor conversing with other guests until it's time to indulge in the delicious breakfast waiting for you.
As much as the historic Abilene is waiting to be explored, take some time to really enjoy the inn too. Over the cooler months and evenings, relax in front of their cozy fireplace with a glass of wine. Perhaps listen to one of the two pianos being beautifully played. Make sure you sip your morning coffee on the comfy porch swing, taking in the energy of the area.
A charming, historic and welcoming B&B in stunning Kansas.
